from Germany were not the first original Brewmeisters of Amerika. In fact ithas been documented that
when some of the first European settlers came to the New World they discovered that Native
Americans were already brewing beer with corn!

German emigrant Beer Baron's in America.
Frederick Miller -
(1824-1888) With $10,000
dollars worth of gold in his pocket , came to America with his nest egg and settled in Milwaukee,
Wisconsin and bought a brewery.
George Ehret Ruppert - (1875-1948) A New
York Beer Baron featuring Hells Gate Brewery ranked up there in wealth second to the Astor's
reinvesting his brewery fortune into New York real estate.
Col. Jacob Ruppert Jr - (1867-1939) Used
his New York Brewery fortune to build the original Yankee Stadium. He also owned the NY Yankees for
24 years and bought the rights from the Boston Red Sox to bring Babe Ruth to the
Yankees.
